Mr Anthony Wong

Anthony started his career in the F&B industry at the Hyatt Singapore as Corporate Management Trainee. He stayed with the Hyatt Singapore rising to become Assistant Director of F&B before relocating to open Grand Hyatt Taipei, and ending his hotel career as EAM F&B at Hyatt Aryaduta Jakarta.

Having left the Hyatt to move back to Singapore to raise his children, he decided to continue his journey in the F&B industry by starting his first restaurant Hotstones Steak and Seafood Restaurant. The restaurant’s success prompted him to open other concepts; Patara Fine Thai Cuisine and Al Dente Trattoria within a spate of 3 years.  By then, he decided to establish his holding company as Creative Eateries. Today, Anthony has created 16 different restaurant concepts and 2 catering arms in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Chengdu.

In addition to developing his passion for F&B through Creative Eateries, Anthony is a founding member of Crossings Café, an initiative that aim to provide employment in a restaurant environment for the socially marginalised individuals. He is married to Teresa Ng, and father of four adult children.
