Ronnie is a Singapore-based live events pioneer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience creating world-class experiences across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
Founder of The Event Company (TEC), Ronnie was among the first in Asia to pioneer 'experience design' in the events industry. His portfolio spans national spectacles — including Singapore's Millennium Countdown with 500,000 attendees — to global defence expositions, Fortune 500 forums, and the 2025 Papal Visit at the National Stadium.
A recipient of the ASME Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2005) and former APAC MICE Board Member for Starwood Hotels, Ronnie continues to consult, produce, and inspire — driven by a lifelong passion for creating moments that matter.
Beyond his professional life, Ronnie and his wife Pauline have dedicated over 20 years to Family Life Ministry in the Catholic Church. Together, they serve as a presenting couple for Worldwide Marriage Encounter (WWME) — a global movement that helps couples deepen their love and commitment — and as mentors on the Couple Mentor Journey (CMJ), preparing and guiding couples as they take their first steps toward marriage. For Ronnie and Pauline, this ministry is not a duty but a calling — a natural extension of the values they have built their family and life upon. It is, perhaps, the work closest to their hearts.

Rev Fr Colin Tan, SJ, is the Spiritual Director of Catholic Business Network, and the Parish Priest of the Church of St Ignatius. He was also the Chaplain of the Catholic Medical Guild and served for six years as Regional Superior of the Jesuits of Malaysia- Singapore Region.

Bernard is a practising lawyer specialising in wills, trusts, and other aspects of family wealth law.
Once a megachurch Protestant, he converted to Catholicism after trials and tribulations helped reorder his life away from careerism and selfish pursuits toward faith, family and vocation.
Catholic Social Teaching, the spirituality of St. Josemaría Escrivá and the aim of better serving families and the common good prompted his move from corporate law to family wealth law.
His approach to family wealth is deeply human and relational, and aims to help families to flourish, form people and steward wealth.
Married, with a spirited son, Bernard is actively involved in a small Christian community at the Cathedral, and serves in several Catholic Foundation initiatives.
He joined CBN hoping to serve business owners and employees in sanctifying their work and living their faith in the midst of their ordinary professional and family lives.

Charles embraced the Catholic Faith when he was 18-years old. He had a transformative spiritual experience in 1998 when he was touched deeply by the unconditional love of God. Since then, he embarked on a life-long journey to glorify God and do good for others.
As for leadership experiences, Charles was blessed with opportunities to lead teams and organizations in 7 different countries during his 25 years career with MNC. In his last 12 years with the company, he led the Human Resources function for the Asia Pacific region.
Charles left the Corporate world in 2016, and now spends most of his time travelling with family and friends. When he is in town, he serves at CBN and St. Ignatius Church in the Hospitality Ministry, Bible Apostolate Team, Wedding Ministry and SDG Choir.
